The metal connection cable connecting and holding all power cables from the street pole to the house is broken. This is a life-threatening situation. There is nothing holding the cables now and they are now relaying on splices only. This condition is dangerous and can lead to accidental disconnection and falling powered cables onto the ground. In our report I recommended immediate contact with PSE&G for emergency repair.
