Covid Information
As a precaution home inspector always wear a mask and gloves. During this difficult time we are trying to keep our customers and ourselves as safe as possible.
As an extra precaution we are:
- keeping six feet distance from everyone during the inspection, as well as offering an inspection without customer presence.
- If customer would like to join me at the inspection, they can be only outside during inspection and I will call them after inspection to have a brief conversation outside the house to notify for major findings.
- Extra pictures and videos can be provided at your request.
- If necessary we can provide face time streaming video during inspection.
Home inspections are a critical part of the home buying and selling process. Failure to obtain a home inspection could potentially cost you a great deal of money and hassles in the long run.
