Thermal Imaging in River Vale, NJ

This is the thermal image for looking absolutely perfect ceiling without an infrared picture. As soon as I turn it on infrared camera shows me recent leakage in the ceiling. I found a leaking pipe between the basement and first-floor owner was not aware of. You can clearly see dark (blue) areas of excessive moisture behind ceiling Sheetrock.
